Alexandrian Choirs

25 Χρόνια Χορωδίες ΑλεξάνδρειαςThe idea of a choral group was imported to the little town of Alexandria in 1987 by the Mayor Demitrios Brouskelis and the first director of the choir Gregoris Savvopoulos. Likely the idea grew up and nowadays there are two significant choirs, the young – children’s choir Melissanthi and the mixed adults’ choir Alexandrian Voices.

Eleni Thedoridou is the choirs’ conductor, Kostas Pantelidis accompanies at the piano and Gregoris Savvopoulos is the art director.
